To follow up my last post, I’m happy to say that Simply has stepped up and replaced my iMac. They chatted with Apple and even though Apple wanted to try and repair my machine again the guys at Simply took it upon themselves to show my experience was more important to them and replaced the machine. They swapped out hard drives and saw me off with a new machine that day. My new 27” iMac is running great.
The people at Simply Computing are good guys and this whole situation was just unfortunate. At the end of the day they did what they could based on the circumstances to make me happy.See all archived log entries »
